Sign up to list your houses for view during the City-Wide Open House!

Benefits :

Registering your house will allow it to be included on the map of homes open for view, will have it listed on this website, and it will be included on group advertising in newspapers and other outlets. In addition 60,000 to 70,000 prospective EMU students and their families will be given an invitation to the Open House. Fliers will be available at most bank branches in Washtenaw County, and radio and digital billboard spots will be featured in mid-October.

How to Register !

Click on the link to the form below to list your contact information, and enter the addresses of the houses in Ypsilanti that you intend to open for the event. If you need additional staff to assist in showing the home, indicate that on the form as well.

Help advertise the event !

Download the Open House Art - and add it to your website! Simply right-click on the logo at left and click save as. Then browse to your desktop and save the file to upload to your realtor's website!

Confirmation :

An e-mail will be sent to remind you of the event and confirm that the houses will be open for the event during the week prior to the open house.

Signage :

Stop by SPARK East between 8 and 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 31st, to pick up the yard sign/flag to identify each property. Make sure to return the signage to the same location at the end of the day, so we'll have the same resources for next time!
